I'm a complete beginner. Is Nivayon really for me?+
Yes. Our certifying programs take you from your very first steps — holding the brush, prepping the skin, applying nail tips — to a professional standard. Our trainers guide you step by step, in person or online: you never learn alone.
Do I need my own kit and materials?+
For in-person training, you receive a precise personal kit list at enrollment: you are responsible for acquiring it before the first practical session. Online, every program includes a recommended kit list, tailored to your starting budget.
What is the Nivayon certificate worth?+
The certificate of completion is an official institutional certificate issued by STE Nivayon SARL after a practical and/or written final exam. It carries a unique serial number, verifiable online, and certifies completed, assessed training — not mere attendance. It is a private institution's certificate, not a state diploma.
Online or in person — what's the difference?+
The content, the standard and the certificate are exactly the same. In person, you practice on real models under the attentive eye of our trainers. Online, you learn from your phone, at your own pace, with detailed videos, quizzes, personal support and an active community.
How can I pay for my training?+
Two options. Online: pay directly on the site with MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money (secure CinetPay checkout) — your access is activated immediately upon confirmation. Offline: enroll with the academy and pay by Mobile Money, cash or bank deposit — our team activates your access once payment is confirmed. Either way, an official receipt is available in your account.
How long do I have access to my online course?+
Access to your online course lasts 30 days from enrollment. You can renew it with a new payment to keep reviewing your video lessons and downloadable guides. An exceptional extension may be granted depending on the circumstances — just contact the academy.
Can I cancel my enrollment or get a refund?+
Cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in the enrollment contract signed with the academy, in accordance with Law No. 2011/012 on consumer protection. Before training starts, you may notably request in writing (at least 14 days ahead) to transfer your enrollment to another person, with the academy's written approval. Fees are non-refundable when the interruption is attributable to the student (withdrawal, repeated unjustified absences, missing materials).
