Terms of Enrollment and Use
Last updated: 2026
These terms summarize, in full transparency, the rules applicable to training programs of STE NIVAYON SARL — Centre de Beauté et de Compétences Professionnelles (Logpom, Douala, Cameroon). They are governed by Law No. 2011/012 of 6 May 2011 on consumer protection, the OHADA Uniform Act on General Commercial Law and any other applicable Cameroonian legislation. Each enrollment is formalized by a detailed Enrollment Contract signed between the academy and the student: in case of divergence, the signed contract prevails.

2. Enrollment and account
Access to programs requires enrollment with the academy and, for online programs, creating an account with accurate information. Each enrollment is formalized by an Enrollment Contract stating the program, dates, duration and fees per the price list in force.
3. Payment
Payments are made directly to the academy: in cash, by Mobile Money (MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money) or by bank deposit. Full fees are due before or on the first day of training, unless a written payment schedule is agreed. An official receipt is issued for every payment. Online course access is activated after payment confirmation.
4. Cancellation, refunds and transfer
In accordance with Article 5 of Law No. 2011/012, fees paid are non-refundable when the interruption is attributable to the student: voluntary withdrawal or abandonment, three (3) or more unjustified absences, repeatedly failing to bring required materials, non-payment of the balance, or exclusion for misconduct. Alternative to a refund: before training starts, the student may request in writing — at least fourteen (14) days before the start date — to transfer her enrollment to another person, subject to the academy's written approval. No transfer is possible once training has started.
5. Attendance and materials (in-person programs)
The student undertakes to attend all scheduled sessions punctually. Arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late constitutes an absence, unless notice was given at least one (1) hour before. Three (3) unjustified absences constitute voluntary abandonment. The student is responsible for acquiring the personal kit on the list provided at enrollment and must bring it to every practical session.
6. Certificate of completion
A practical and/or written final exam is held at the end of each program. The Nivayon Certificate of Completion — with a unique serial number, verifiable online — is only issued to students who complete all modules, meet the attendance requirements and reach the minimum passing grade. It is an institutional certificate issued exclusively by STE NIVAYON SARL: it is not a state diploma and must not be presented as one.
7. Online content and intellectual property
All content (videos, documents, quizzes, materials) is protected. Access is strictly personal: any reproduction, account sharing, distribution or resale is prohibited. Once enrolled in an online program, the student keeps access to her lessons and content updates.
8. Conduct
The student undertakes to behave professionally and respectfully towards trainers, other students and the academy's equipment — on premises and in online community spaces. Any damage caused to equipment or premises must be fully compensated within fourteen (14) days.
9. Complaints and disputes
Any complaint must be submitted in writing (WhatsApp, SMS or email to the official contact) within five (5) days of the event concerned; the academy responds in writing within five (5) business days. Failing resolution, either party may refer the matter to the Appeals Committee established by Order No. 119 PM of 10 August 2012 (Article 30 of Law No. 2011/012). As a last resort, the competent civil courts of Douala (Court of First Instance) have exclusive jurisdiction.
