This website and related services are governed by the law of the Republic of Cameroon, notably Law No. 2011/012 of 6 May 2011 on consumer protection, Law No. 2010/012 on cybersecurity and cybercriminality, and the OHADA Uniform Act on General Commercial Law.

After exhaustion of the amicable procedures provided, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Douala.
